How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website and complete your purchase at checkout.
You can also click the green “Order on WhatsApp” button to place your order with us on WhatsApp.
Where can I find WAZH products?
You can shop the full WAZH range directly from our official website or browse our WhatsApp Business catalogue and place your order with us on WhatsApp.
For customers who prefer to collect, pre-arranged pickup is available from our Accra Mall pickup point on selected days.
We’ll also announce any authorised retailers, stockists and new places to shop WAZH as they become available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept MTN Mobile Money.
Can I collect my WAZH order in person?
Yes. Pre-arranged order collection is available at our Accra Mall pickup point on selected days. Place your order in advance and select collection at checkout. Your order will be prepared, packaged and labelled ready for collection.
No delivery fee — just collect and go.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp Customer Support. Have your order details ready so we can look into the issue and help resolve it quickly.
How do I use WAZH Signature Wash?
WAZH Signature Wash can be used directly or diluted with clean water, depending on the cleaning task.
It is suitable for general home cleaning, including fabrics, floors and most washable household surfaces.
For best results, follow the directions on the product packaging and test on a small, inconspicuous area before first use.
How do I use WAZH Home Essence?
Dilute 1 part WAZH Home Essence with 10–20 parts clean water, depending on your preferred fragrance strength and intended use.
It is suitable for most household surfaces when diluted as directed.

What is the difference between WAZH Home Essence and Signature Wash?
WAZH Signature Wash is your everyday cleaning companion, designed for cleaning fabrics, floors and most washable household surfaces while leaving behind a beautiful fragrance.
WAZH Home Essence is a concentrated fragrance enhancer designed to refresh fabrics, floors and spaces with a lasting fragrance. Dilute it with clean water according to your preferred fragrance strength and intended use.
Simple distinction: Signature Wash is a detergent. Home Essence is a refreshening.
